Vegetables Soup (Makes 4 servings):

  • 1 packet Verde Vegetables for Soup.
  • 3 Cups chicken or meat stock.
  • Lemon Juice.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a pot, bring the 3 cups of meat or chicken stock to a boil.
  • Add Verde Vegetables for Soup to the boiling stock.
  • Leave to simmer on a moderate heat for about 10 minutes till tender.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add lemon juice as desired and serve hot.
