Fried Cauliflower (Makes 8 servings):

  • 1 Packet Verde Cauliflower.
  • 1 egg-2 teaspoons milk.
  • 1 cup bread crumbs.
  • 4 cups of oil.

  • Place Verde cauliflower into a pan of salted boiling water.
  • Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, drain and cool.
  • Heat oil in a deep-fryer.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the egg and milk.
  • Dip Cauliflower in the egg mixture then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Fry coated Cauliflower in the hot oil until golden brown and serve.
