Fried Cauliflower (Makes 8 servings):
- 1 Packet Verde Cauliflower.
- 1 egg-2 teaspoons milk.
- 1 cup bread crumbs.
- 4 cups of oil.
- Place Verde cauliflower into a pan of salted boiling water.
- Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat, drain and cool.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer.
- In a small bowl, mix together the egg and milk.
- Dip Cauliflower in the egg mixture then roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry coated Cauliflower in the hot oil until golden brown and serve.
