Green Beans with Roasted Nuts (Makes 8 servings):
- 1 packet of Verde Green Beans.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted nuts, roughly chopped.
- Salt and Pepper.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil.
- Add 1 tablespoon salt and the green beans and cook until tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the oil, and nuts.
- Drain the green beans and transfer them to the bowl.
- Add salt and pepper and toss it to the mix.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
