Sautéed Peas and Carrots (Makes 4 servings):

  • 2 tablespoons butter.
  • 1 packet Verde Peas and Carrots.
  • Salt and pepper.

  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the peas and carrots, salt and pepper to taste and sauté until they are thawed and cooked through and serve.
