Sautéed Mixed vegetables with corn (Makes 4 servings):
- 1 packet Verde Mixed vegetables with Corn.
- 1/4 cup oil.
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced.
- Salt and white pepper to taste.
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water.
- Blanch Verde mixed vegetables with corn in boiling water, 2 to 3 minutes, until tender, drain.
- In a pot over high heat, heat the oil, add mushrooms and stir.
- Add the mixed vegetables, salt and paper and stir for 2 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch and serve.
